ALLOCATION OF DORMITORY PLACES FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR (2025/26)
FOR CANDIDATES FOR STUDIES AT SGGW
The deadline for submitting applications for a place in a student dormitory for candidates applying to study at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) was 8 August 2025. The submitted applications are currently being verified.
ADiSS informs that notification of the allocation of places in student accommodation will be sent to applicants by email (to the address provided by the candidate in the recruitment system) no later than in the first days of September 2025.
At the same time as sending information about the allocation of places in the student dormitory for the 2025/26 academic year, information will be posted on the ADiSS website regarding the need for candidates who have been allocated places in the dormitory to reserve the time and place of accommodation in a specific dormitory and room. The days and times for this procedure will be specified.

Submission of electronic applications for DS accommodation for the academic year 2025/26 by current SGGW students ended on 15.08.2025. Verification of submitted applications is currently underway.
Students who have not submitted applications – for whatever reason – are welcome to apply for additional accommodation from 01.10.2025.
Special accommodation
On 18.08.2025 the acceptance of applications for special bookings has ended – these will be processed once the lists of applicants and students who have been allocated places have been approved. It is a condition for ADiSS to consider an application to enter a special booking if you have been allocated a place in a halls of residence for the 2025/26 academic year!
Important information
HOLIDAYS 2025
Persons who are interested in being accommodated in Warsaw University of Life Sciences dormitories during holidays 2025 (from 01.07.2025 to 15.09.2025) should submit applications from 26.05.2025 to 13.06.2025.
Persons living in Warsaw University of Life Sciences dormitories – are requested to submit applications to Manager of dormitories in which they would you like to stay.
Warsaw University of Life Sciences Students and other persons, who do not currently live in WULS dormitories – are asked to submit applications to Administration in our main office (Limba dormitory, room 43 or 27).
ATTENTION: It will be not possible being accommodated in: ADARA, DENDRYT, FENIKS, GRAND, LIMBA (floors II-III) dormitories what is caused by renovations of buildings, reservations for organized vacation groups
Possibilities of accommodating persons who are not students of Warsaw University of Life Sciences will be limited.
Residents who will not stay for holidays must check out until 30 June 2025!!!

Due to numerous enquiries ADiSS informs you that
we will NOT be able to accommodate students from other universities in our halls of residence in the academic year 2025/2026.
Accommodation for SGGW students admitted to master's degree programmes
ADiSS would like to inform you that accommodation for students admitted to the master’s degree programme at SGGW, starting 24.02.2025, will start on Friday 21.02.2025 and will continue on the following working days, daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. !
In order to obtain approval for accommodation, please report in person to the Administration of Student Houses and Canteens (Campus, building 38, room 27) between 900 and 1500 hrs, with an application for a place in the dormitory. Approvals will be given on a rolling basis in the presence of the student.
Students applying for accommodation are required to have a calculated distance from their place of permanent residence to the University in km (understood as the shortest distance determined by the network of existing public roads).
Reservation of places in guest rooms for the time of congresses
PLEASE NOTE: Reservation of places in guest rooms for the time of the congress by part-time students of SGGW – ONLY by calling 22 593 30 02, on the 20th of each month (or the nearest working day after the 20th, if the 20th is a holiday) for the following month.
In order to make a reservation, it is necessary to provide your album number (which can be found on your student card and in the Virtual Dean’s Office)!
IMPORTANT: Each caller can only make one booking!!!

ADiSS announces that the JM Rector of SGGW has approved new rates for accommodation in SGGW student residences from 01.10.2024.
The changes in the prices of places in student halls of residence are a result of the higher costs of maintaining places in student halls of residence generated by residents, primarily due to the general increase in the cost of goods and services, the increase in the price of utilities and the increase in the national minimum wage as well as current inflation. The increase in rates has been calculated according to the minimum necessary increases to balance revenue and costs, taking into account all possible savings and optimisation of operations realised by the University.
Issues of payment for the student residence are precisely defined in the Rules and Regulations of the SGGW student residence.
There are no fee waivers due to someone being away for a while!

PLEASE NOTE: in order to purchase the promotional 50 PLN/month subscription for SGGW student-occupants of the student residences at 161 Nowoursynowska St., you should report in person to the SGGW Academic Guard office in building no. 30 on Nowy Kampus.

ATTENTION dormitory residents!
As of 01.01.2019, a new waste management system has come into force in Warsaw
PLEASE OBSERVE THE SEGREGATION RULES. If rubbish is not segregated by residents or is disposed of in the wrong bins then we will be charged penalties and higher disposal rates, which will result in an increase in the price of dormitory places!!!
Please crush ALL plastic, cardboard and paper packaging before throwing it in the bins – this way it takes up much less space and will be cheaper to dispose of. Let’s be eco-friendly and take care of the environment! (And by the way, for your own money or that of your parents who pay for the dorm 🙂 )

ADiSS is only a user of the system, does not administer it and has no influence on its operation or problems.
01.10.2008 Penalty interest is charged for late payments.
From 01.10.2008 onwards, you will be charged penalty interest for late payments, and you will not be allowed to apply for a place at the dormitory for the following academic year if you are in arrears.
Please note that in the case of persistent debtors, the University will take legal action to enforce the debt.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE DATE OF PAYMENT IS THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE MONEY IN YOUR SGGW ACCOUNT, NOT THE DATE OF PAYMENT.
