The Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) offers students comfortable accommodation in seven Student Dormitories, including modern dormitories after major renovations.

Important Information
Applications are now being accepted for places in the Student Hall of Residence for the 2026/2027 academic year from candidates and current students of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
Holidays 2026
Due to ongoing renovation and maintenance work, as well as the accommodation of large organised groups, all places in the halls of residence for the month of July are already fully booked.
Due to numerous enquiries, ADiSS would like to inform you that we have NO capacity to accommodate students from other universities in our dormitories in the academic year 2025/2026.
Reservation of places in guest rooms for the time of congresses
PLEASE NOTE: Part-time students at SGGW may book guest rooms for the duration of conferences ONLY by calling 22 593 30 02, on the 20th of each month (or the nearest working day following the 20th, if the 20th is a public holiday) for the following month.
To make a booking, you must provide your student ID number (which can be found, on your student ID card and in the Virtual Dean’s Office).
IMPORTANT: each caller may make only one booking!!!
Part-time and postgraduate students at SGGW are also welcome to stay at the IKAR Guest Rooms; reception tel. 22 59 33 700.
The terms and conditions regarding payment for accommodation in the hall of residence are set out in detail in the SGGW Hall of Residence Regulations
There are no exemptions from fees simply because someone has gone away for a while!
Launch of a modern wireless computer network (WiFi)
We would like to inform you that a modern wireless computer network (Wi-Fi) has been launched in all SGGW halls of residence at 161 Nowoursynowska Street. Detailed instructions on how to log in and connect to the network can be found on the website.
Applying for a parking space at the dormitories
IMPORTANT – The Vice-Rector for Teaching at SGGW has approved the rules for applying for a parking space near the halls of residence!

Please note that applications can be submitted during the move-in period.
PLEASE NOTE: To purchase the promotional subscription at 50 zł per month for SGGW students living in the halls of residence at 161 Nowoursynowska Street, you must visit the SGGW Student Security Office in person at Building No. 30 on the New Campus.
New system for the sorting of household waste
ATTENTION dormitory residents!
As of 01.01.2019, a new waste management system has come into force in Warsaw
PLEASE OBSERVE THE SEGREGATION RULES. If rubbish is not segregated by residents or is disposed of in the wrong bins then we will be charged penalties and higher disposal rates, which will result in an increase in the price of dormitory places!!!
Please CRUSH ALL plastic, cardboard and paper packaging before putting it in the bins – this way, it takes up much less space and disposal will be cheaper. Let’s be eco-friendly and look after the environment!
ADiSS informs that all problems with the functioning of servers and eHMS service
ADiSS informs that all problems with the functioning of servers and eHMS service (Virtual Dean Office) should be reported to the SGGW IT Centre!
ADiSS is only a user of the system, does not administer it and has no influence on its operation or problems.
From 01.10.2008 Penalty interest is charged for late payments.
From 01.10.2008 onwards, you will be charged penalty interest for late payments, and you will not be allowed to apply for a place at the dormitory for the following academic year if you are in arrears.
Please note that in the case of persistent debtors, the University will take legal action to enforce the debt.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE DATE OF PAYMENT IS THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE MONEY IN YOUR SGGW ACCOUNT, NOT THE DATE OF PAYMENT.
