Accommodation procedure for candidates in the 2025/2026 academic year
Candidates on this list are required to make an electronic reservation for accommodation and dates in September via the Virtual Dean’s Office (EHMS). Candidates can already create accounts in this system – we recommend doing so as soon as possible.
INFORMATION!
For candidates applying for first-cycle and second-cycle studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and for long-cycle Master’s programmes at SGGW, recruited for the 2025/2026 academic year.
In connection with the allocation of places in student dormitories, the Administration informs you that it is MANDATORY to make an electronic reservation for a specific place in a room and the date (day and time) of accommodation in the student dormitories, no later than from 16 September 2025 at 10:00 a.m. on 18 September 2025, 10:00 a.m.
RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS: 2025 ELECTRONIC BOOKING
Reserving places will avoid queues and unnecessary long waits for accommodation. Please treat this matter as very important – those who do not make a reservation will be removed from the list!
Accommodation will take place on 26, 29 and 30 September 2025, between 8:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. only.
There will be a break between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. on all days.

In addition, please note that upon check-in you must:
1) present your ID card [UE Only] or passport,
2) have 1 current paper photo in ID card format for your resident card,
3) read the SGGW student residence rules and confirm this with a statement
4) have a consent form for a minor candidate to live in the dormiotries completed by a parent/guardian – if the student/candidate being accommodated is under 18 years of age on the day of check-in: Consent form for a parent/legal guardian for a minor student/candidate to live in the SGGW dormitories
Please note that no advance payments should be made for student accommodation – the first payment must be made to your individual virtual account only after you have moved into the student residence (so that the payment is credited to the SGGW account by 15 October 2025 at the latest).
THE DATE OF PAYMENT IS THE DATE ON WHICH THE MONEY IS CREDITED TO THE SGGW ACCOUNT!!!
Candidates who have not submitted applications for a place in a student dormitories may apply for accommodation in places not used in the main accommodation allocation from 1 October.
Students and candidates who have not submitted their applications within the prescribed deadlines, regardless of the reason, are invited to additional accommodation from 1 October 2025.
Candidates who are recruited to study at SGGW between 9 August and 30 September are also invited to additional accommodation from 1 October 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: candidates who create accounts in the Virtual Dean’s Office:
ADiSS informs that the Virtual Dean’s Office for SGGW students, as the name suggests, handles applications for a place in a virtual (electronic) student hall of residence sent via this system, while CANDIDATES submitted paper applications – these are not registered in the Virtual Dean’s Office and hence the message on candidates’ accounts: ‘the application for the 2025/26 academic year has not been submitted’.
Please do not be misled by this message and do not send us emails with additional questions, but check the published list. Candidates on the list will be systemically authorised to make electronic reservations at the appropriate time and will do so in the Virtual Dean’s Office.
PLEASE NOTE! We would like to remind you that candidates only become students after matriculation, i.e. from 1st October! Therefore, throughout the entire procedure, up to the point of accommodation, the term ‘candidate’ will be used for those submitting paper applications!
Accommodation procedure for students in the 2025/2026 academic year
Reservations for places in dormitories for the 2025/2026 academic year for current students have been completed. The verification and approval of submitted reservations is currently underway.
* Basic accommodation will take place on 26 and 29–30 September 2025, exclusively between 8:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and does not apply to persons currently accommodated. Persons currently accommodated in halls of residence will be required to move to their final destinations, selected in their reservations, between 16 and 25 September 2025, according to individual arrangements with the Heads of Dormitories, under pain of losing their place for the new academic year!!!

SGGW students interested in accommodation in student halls of residence in September are requested to submit their applications no later than on the date of planned move-in.

ADiSS announces that the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences has approved, by Ordinance No. 79 of 25 August 2025, an amendment to the Regulations of the student dormitory of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
Due to numerous inquiries, ADiSS would like to inform you that we will NOT be able to accommodate students from other universities in our dormitories in the 2025/2026 academic year.
Accommodation for SGGW students admitted to master's degree programmes
ADiSS would like to inform you that accommodation for students admitted to the master’s degree programme at SGGW, starting 24.02.2025, will start on Friday 21.02.2025 and will continue on the following working days, daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. !
In order to obtain approval for accommodation, please report in person to the Administration of Student Houses and Canteens (Campus, building 38, room 27) between 900 and 1500 hrs, with an application for a place in the dormitory. Approvals will be given on a rolling basis in the presence of the student.
Students applying for accommodation are required to have a calculated distance from their place of permanent residence to the University in km (understood as the shortest distance determined by the network of existing public roads).
Reservation of places in guest rooms for the time of congresses
PLEASE NOTE: Reservation of places in guest rooms for the time of the congress by part-time students of SGGW – ONLY by calling 22 593 30 02, on the 20th of each month (or the nearest working day after the 20th, if the 20th is a holiday) for the following month.
In order to make a reservation, it is necessary to provide your album number (which can be found on your student card and in the Virtual Dean’s Office)!

Issues of payment for the student residence are precisely defined in the Rules and Regulations of the SGGW student residence.

PLEASE NOTE: in order to purchase the promotional 50 PLN/month subscription for SGGW student-occupants of the student residences at 161 Nowoursynowska St., you should report in person to the SGGW Academic Guard office in building no. 30 on Nowy Kampus.

ATTENTION dormitory residents!
As of 01.01.2019, a new waste management system has come into force in Warsaw
PLEASE OBSERVE THE SEGREGATION RULES. If rubbish is not segregated by residents or is disposed of in the wrong bins then we will be charged penalties and higher disposal rates, which will result in an increase in the price of dormitory places!!!
Please crush ALL plastic, cardboard and paper packaging before throwing it in the bins – this way it takes up much less space and will be cheaper to dispose of. Let’s be eco-friendly and take care of the environment! (And by the way, for your own money or that of your parents who pay for the dorm 🙂 )

ADiSS is only a user of the system, does not administer it and has no influence on its operation or problems.
01.10.2008 Penalty interest is charged for late payments.
From 01.10.2008 onwards, you will be charged penalty interest for late payments, and you will not be allowed to apply for a place at the dormitory for the following academic year if you are in arrears.
Please note that in the case of persistent debtors, the University will take legal action to enforce the debt.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE DATE OF PAYMENT IS THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE MONEY IN YOUR SGGW ACCOUNT, NOT THE DATE OF PAYMENT.
